EJay has confirmed the release of the latest edition of its bedroom DJ software package, DJ Mixstation 4. The big selling point of the software has always been its comparably low retail price, with this new version selling for a tidy £29.99. But beyond that, DJ Mixstation also has a lot of functionality up its proverbial sleeves.

It’s a professional DJ suite that works easily on a laptop-level specification, and comes with 1,000 royalty-free samples, a wide range of functions and compatibility with iTunes playlist libraries as well.

Furthermore, it also provides two virtual decks, an eight-pad sampler, BPM detection, synchronisation and matching, and 15 effects (including sweeping delay, flanger and phaser). The software is available now from major UK software stockists.
